General rules

🏡 GENERAL RULES UKR RUST UA

1. General provisions

1.1. UKR RUST UA is a game project created for comfortable play, communication and relaxation.

1.2. By connecting to the UKR RUST UA server, the player agrees to these rules.

1.3. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.4. The administration reserves the right to change the rules of the project.

1.5. Additional rules may apply to individual servers. In this case, the rules of a specific server have priority.


2. Behavior of players

Prohibited:

  1. insults and humiliation of other players;
  2. threats in real life;
  3. harassment and harassment;
  4. discrimination;
  5. spam and flooding;
  6. intentional provocation conflicts;
  7. publication of personal information of other people;
  8. impersonating an administrator or moderator;
  9. advertising of third-party servers and projects.

Game conflicts, rivalry and tough communication are allowed within the rules of a specific server.


3. Cheating and third-party software

Strictly prohibited:

  1. cheating;
  2. Aimbot;
  3. Wallhack / ESP;
  4. Speedhack;
  5. third-party programs that give preference;
  6. forbidden scripts and macros;
  7. exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
  8. any other ways of obtaining an unfair advantage.

Using cheats may result in a permanent ban with no possibility of return.


4. Bugs and exploits

4.1. It is forbidden to intentionally use game bugs to gain an advantage.

4.2. The identified serious bug must be reported to the administration.

4.3. Mass or intentional use of critical bugs may lead to blocking.


5. Account

5.1. The player himself is responsible for the security of his Steam account.

5.2. Access to other people's accounts is prohibited.

5.3. It is forbidden to use stolen accounts.

5.4. UKR RUST UA administration does not ask for Steam passwords.


6. Advertising

Prohibited advertising:

  1. other Rust servers;
  2. third-party game projects;
  3. selling accounts;
  4. fraudulent resources;
  5. malware.


7. Administration

Administration can apply:

  1. warning;
  2. Mute;
  3. Kick;
  4. temporary Ban;
  5. permanent Ban;
  6. removal of illegally obtained items;
  7. other measures necessary to maintain order.

The term of punishment is determined depending on the severity and repetition of the violation.


8. Complaints

In order to file a complaint, it is recommended to provide:

  1. player nickname;
  2. SteamID;
  3. name server;
  4. date and approximate time of violation;
  5. description of the situation;
  6. screenshots or videos.

9. Donat

9.1. Donate privileges are intended for use on UKR RUST UA servers.

9.2. It is forbidden to use payment systems fraudulently.

9.3. Refund terms are determined by the conditions of a specific purchase and current legislation.

9.4. In case of blocking for a serious violation of the rules, purchased privileges may be canceled.


10. Content

Allowed:

  1. streams;
  2. video;
  3. TikTok / Shorts;
  4. screenshots;
  5. server reviews;
  6. other content from UKR RUST UA servers.

It is prohibited to use content for fraud, impersonating the administration or spreading malware.

UKR RUST UA administration reserves the right to make decisions in disputed situations based on the circumstances of a specific case.

PvP server rules

⚔️ PVP SERVER RULES

1. Basic concept

UKR RUST UA PVP servers are designed for active play, fighting for resources and territory.

Game conflicts between players are allowed on PVP servers, if they do not violate the general rules of the project.


2. What is allowed

PvP servers allow:

  1. PvP;
  2. killing other players;
  3. raiding bases;
  4. loot;
  5. destroy buildings;
  6. take resources and items;
  7. capture territories;
  8. create clans and teams;
  9. fight for monuments and events;
  10. use tactics and tricks within Rust mechanics.

Raiding, killing, or looting is not in itself a violation of the PvP server rules.


3. Prohibited

Regardless of the PVP server, strictly prohibited:

  1. Read;
  2. Aimbot;
  3. ESP / Wallhack;
  4. Speedhack;
  5. third-party software to gain advantage;
  6. exploitation bugs;
  7. DDoS and other server attacks;
  8. threats of physical violence;
  9. doxing;
  10. harassing players outside the game;
  11. impersonating the administration.


4. Raids

Raids are allowed.

Players can:

  1. attack other people's bases;
  2. use explosives;
  3. destroy doors, walls and other structures;
  4. take resources after a raid.

It is forbidden to use bugs or third-party programs to gain an advantage during a raid.


5. Construction

Intentionally prohibited:

  1. block important map objects;
  2. block key passages;
  3. create structures for the exploitation of bugs;
  4. obstruct the normal game of other players without a game necessity.

The administration can remove a structure that significantly interferes with the game.


6. Clans

Clan wars and fighting between groups are allowed.

Using third-party programs, bugs or other unfair methods to gain an advantage over the opponent is prohibited.


7. Penalties

For violations of the rules can be applied:

Warning → Mute → Kick → Temporary Ban → Permanent Ban

The sequence of punishments may change depending on the severity of the violation.

PvE server rules

🏡 PVE-SERVER RULES

1. Basic Concept

UKR RUST UA PvE servers are designed for peaceful survival, building, development and playing together with other players.

The main goal is to provide a comfortable game without intentional PvP between players.


2. PvP Prohibited

If PvP is prohibited on a particular PVE server, players may not:

  1. intentionally kill other players;
  2. shoot at players;
  3. damage other people's bases;
  4. use traps against other players;
  5. deliberately provoke PvP.


3. Raid prohibited

On PVE servers it is prohibited:

  1. raiding other people's bases;
  2. breaking other people's doors;
  3. destroy other people's structures;
  4. take items from other people's warehouses;
  5. deliberately block other people's bases.


4. Construction

Prohibited:

  1. block roads;
  2. block monuments;
  3. block important passages;
  4. build directly next to someone else's base for the purpose of interference;
  5. occupy territory solely to interfere with another player;
  6. use construction for exploitation of bugs.


5. Other people's resources

Prohibited without the permission of the owner:

  1. open other people's chests;
  2. take resources;
  3. use other people's transport;
  4. take other people's objects;
  5. dismantle other people's structures.


6. Cooperative play

Encouraged:

  1. help for new players;
  2. creating teams;
  3. trade;
  4. resource exchange;
  5. joint passage of events;
  6. construction of common objects;
  7. peaceful coexistence.


7. Events

Events and NPCs can be part of the gameplay of the PVE server.

It is forbidden to deliberately:

  1. block events;
  2. prevent other players from passing events;
  3. exploit event bugs;
  4. gain advantage with exploits.


8. Cheats and bugs

PUE does not mean the absence of anti-cheat rules.

Strictly prohibited:

  1. cheat;
  2. ESP;
  3. Aimbot;
  4. Speedhack;
  5. third-party programs;
  6. exploits;
  7. deliberate use of bugs.


9. Violation of PVE

For violation of the rules, the administration can apply:
